Founder Attorney Steven R. Kellman has served with the Affordable Housing Task Force
in San Diego.  He promoted and drafted the initial proposed "Right to Know" Good Cause
Eviction ordinance voted into law in 2004.  He is also a member of a task force
committee proposing regulations limiting smoking in multifamily units in San Diego
